Help - Frequently Asked Questions
If after you have thoroughly read this FAQ's, done all that is
suggested and you still have not resolved your problem, send us a
message to us via the Contact Us page on the Web site and use the Help
and Support - Parish Records and Forum contact form. Make
sure you mention what section of the website you are having
difficulties with and give a detailed description of the problem you
are having, also quote any error messages you may have got. It is
difficult to advise, if you just tell us it is 'not working' or 'I
can't log in'.
